RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal and model withdrawal form

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity are also entitled to this right, when it is clear from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for these persons within the meaning of Article 556 (4) of the Civil Code. Other entrepreneurs are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the last lot or piece or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the last lot or piece.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CUZO Jolanta Ledwoń, ul. Uczniowska 12, Częstochowa 42-280 NIP: 5732627534 cuzo@cuzo.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website. By logging into your account and going to the section /my account/my orders/order. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your notice of withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

Please send or hand the item back to us or to the following address: CUZO Jolanta Ledwoń, ul. Uczniowska 12, Częstochowa 42-280 cuzo@cuzo.eu, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
